Se adaoga apa si sare, cand sunt aproape fierte se adaoga ardeiul rosu taiat cubulete precum si alte legume cum ar fi dovlecel daca / legume congelate cum ar fi conopida, ciuperci, fasole, mazare, broccoli.<br />
Leusteanul se adaoga dupa ce ai stins focul.<br />

Frunzele fragede (de stevie, lobod, spanac sau ce mai vreti voi, macris, untisor, etc) se adauga la final, in ultimele minute de fierbere. La fel, borsul, la sfarsit, se fierbe doar doua minute. Pentru a pastra cat mai bine vitaminele puteti sa adaugati sispanac/ leurda chiar dupa ce ati oprit focul. La fel leusteanul<br />

Ceapa se toaca marunt si se caleste in ulei. Rosiile se oparesc 5 minute in apa clocotita pentru a indeparta cu usurinta pielita, se toaca marunt si se pun peste ceapa calite, verdeata tocata marunt, sare. Se aseaza hreanul deasupra in cruce, se toarna sucul si se leaga.
