Galbenusuri+ulei+praf copt- se amesteca
Albusuri+ fructoza+ vanilie+ coaja lamaie- spuma
Galbenusurile se toarna peste spuma de albusuri treptat si se adauga faina in ploaie (ca la pandispan)
La cuptor in tava tapetata sau hartie pergament.
